Orchidee Dress strives to ensure complete satisfaction for its customers by offering the opportunity to return one or more items from your order and receive a refund for the returned items. The return process is the responsibility and at the expense of the Customer. The return must be completed within 30 days from the delivery date, and only if the goods meet the “Return Conditions” outlined below.

RETURN CONDITIONS

A) – All items sold on the Orchidee Dress website come with an authenticity card attached to the clothing using a disposable safety seal bearing the Orchidee Dress logo. The clothing should be tried on for size without removing the authenticity card or damaging the safety seal. Returns will only be accepted if the safety seal remains fully intact, which may be a plastic seal on a wire or, in the case of shoes, a label placed on the sole. We cannot accept returns with a broken, removed, or tampered-with safety seal.

B) – Items showing any signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

C) – The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, and they should be packed and wrapped securely.

D) – The labels on the item, including tissue or hang tags, must not be removed.

E) – Returned goods must be handed over to the courier within 14 days from the delivery date.

F) – If the customer wants to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, they must follow the “Return Procedure” outlined below and place a new order on the Orchidee Dress website.

G) – Orchidee Dress does not accept returns for underwear items.

If a return does not meet the conditions mentioned above, Orchidee Dress reserves the right to reject the return, and the returned goods will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please carefully follow the steps below:

A) – Send a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. Include your Order Number and the Code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.

B) – Send the package back to Orchidee Dress. The return shipment is the customer’s responsibility, and the risk of loss or damage during shipping lies with the customer. Orchidee Dress is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate packaging or shipping delays. The items should be returned in the same packaging in which they were received, or an equivalent package. Inside the package, the customer will find a seal label to ensure the package is properly sealed and to prevent tampering.

All returned items will be inspected by the Orchidee Dress team to verify that they meet the return conditions. Orchidee Dress reserves the right to charge additional fees if the returned items need further inspection or preparation to make them resellable. These charges will be determined after assessing the returned goods and communicated to the customer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUND POLICY

If the return procedure is followed correctly and all conditions are met, the customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return. Refunds will typically be processed by crediting the amount to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used for the order).
